This notice covers the Hourline website at gethourline.com. Hourline is a product of GetHireIn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17285901). GetHireIn Ltd decides how the information below is used.
What we collect
If you send the Book a demo form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your work email address, your organisation, what you would like to see, and any message you add.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads no scripts or fonts from other companies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do this because you asked us to, and it is in our legitimate interests to answer enquiries about our product. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
- Your request is stored in our database in the United Kingdom (London).
- A copy is sent to us by email through our email delivery provider, which may process it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
- The company that hosts this website processes technical information, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If your organisation uses the Hourline application, the information held in it is covered by the Hourline Privacy Notice and the data processing agreement your organisation has with GetHireIn Ltd.
